Determine Which Version of Case Air Firmware is Installed

Sometimes you need to determine which version of firmware your Case Air is running. To do this, make sure your camera is connected to the Case Air and connect to it via WiFi as you normally would. Then, follow the steps below for the platform you are using: For iOS

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap on Update
3. A pop up message will alert you to your version

For Android

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap on About
3. Look at the line Firmware Version

For Mac

1. On the first screen of the application, look under the Current Version of the FIRMWARE section.

For Windows

1. Click on Settings
2. In the right column, look under Current Firmware
