To determine which version of the Case Air application, Air Remote, you have installed, follow these steps for the platform you are running it on:
iPad and iPhone
- Open Air Remote on your iOS device
- Tap Settings in the lower right
- Tap Help
Android
- Open Air Remote on your Android Device
- Tap on Settings in the lower right
- Tap on About
Mac OS
- Open Case Remote on your Mac
- In the top menu bar, click on Case Remote
- Click on About Case Remote
- Version number will be in the pop up window
Windows
- Open Case Remote on your Windows computer
- Click on Settings in the lower right
- The application version will be displayed in the lower right
