1. Use Your Tablet (and more Specifically your iPad)
While Android and Windows tablets have a few tethering options (including Case Air), if you want to use your Apple iPad for tethering, Case Air is the only viable option right now. For all tablets, it allows two-way communications, meaning the images sent wirelessly to your tablet AND you can also control your camera settings from the tablet (see #3 below).
2. Less Gear
There are numerousadvantages of tethered shooting, but one disadvantage is bringing a computer and stand with you when you’re out of the studio. Using the Case Air allows you to swap out your computer with the compactness of a tablet. Lighter and fewer items to manage. Who doesn’t appreciate that?
