Tether Tools would like to thank all the photographers who entered our Become a Global Brand Ambassador competition to win a prize money can’t buy – becoming a Tether Tools Pro Ambassador for a year. The entries were amazing and we received so many incredible submissions from very talented photographers and narrowing the finalists was exceedingly difficult. Thank you for taking the time to share your work with us. We are extremely impressed. The choice was a difficult one, but the waiting is over! Tether Tools Pro photographer and judge Lindsay Adler and Inmybag.net are delighted to announce the winner of this year’s Global Brand Ambassador Competition is Karen Alsop, fine art photographer and storyteller from Melbourne, Australia. Being chosen as the Tether Tools Global Ambassador is such an honour. The whirlwind journey for me with Story Art over the past year has been nothing short of amazing. I’m living my dream, I’m creating art, teaching others and travelling all over the world. Mid 2014 I took a leap of faith and jumped into digital photographic compositing after nearly 2 decades of running a stable wedding and portrait photography business. At that point I couldn’t have imagined how far I would come in such a short time. The added exposure for my Story Art imagery that will come from being featured on Inmybag.net really is ‘a prize money can’t buy’. I look forward to getting opportunities to inspire readers, not just with my work, but in how they too can follow their passion in the genre they love most. I am a bit of a ‘gear head’ so having the chance to try out the fantastic gear from Tether Tools will be amazing. As a compositor it’s important for me to check that I’ve got the shot that will fit into my background scene. Goodbye to ejecting SD cards and loading images up manually. I look forward to a more streamlined process with Tether Tools! I want to thank Tether Tools and Inmybag.net for this honour.
