One of the most frequently asked questions we get is…How can I use the Case Air with Adobe Lightroom? The answer is watched folders. This will work on Mac computers and Windows computers. Once set up, after each photo is taken using the Case Air and Case Remote application, the image will automatically import and show in Adobe Lightroom. Here’s how to do it using Lightroom on a Mac. First, create a new folder. You can save it wherever you want, I’ve saved mine on the desktop for this demo. You want to do this first because you’ll point to this folder you just created. Make sure it’s a new and empty folder, not a pre-existing folder with images already in it. Next, connect the Case Air and open Settings. In Settings, Click the blue folder next to Download Location. A Finder window will open, drill to the folder you created in Step 1, select it, click Open. A dialog box will appear allowing you to drill to the folder you have created in Step 1 as your destination folder. Leave Case Remote open, and open Lightroom if it is not already open. In Lightroom, Select File > Auto Import > Auto Import Settings Click Choose in the Watched Folder segment. Drill to the destination folder you have created in Step 1 and then click Choose. Check Enable Auto Import, then OK. Now, when you take a shot in Case Air, it will also appear in your Lightroom Watch Folder.
